How to Program Your QR Scripts Sticker

Setting up your QR Scripts sticker is quick and requires no app installation. Just stick it, scan it with your standard smartphone camera, and configure your digital content!

Here is a step-by-step guide to setting up your sticker using our web portal.

Place the QR Scripts sticker on your box, equipment, or document. Open your smartphone camera and scan the unprogrammed QR code to open the setup screen.

At the very top of the screen, you will see a pink camera icon labeled "Scan QR (Optional)".

How it works: If you already have information available in an existing QR code—such as a page shared from Google Chrome or a link from a QR code generator—you can tap this button. It will scan the existing QR code and instantly extract its link, adding it directly into your setup field.

If you didn't use the shortcut above, choose between our two programming modes:

If using "Links" Mode: (Best for connecting to existing websites, PDFs, or videos)

• Type or paste your destination URL into the field that says https://example.com.

If using "Photos" Mode: (Best for creating a visual memory of what is inside a sealed box)

• Use the "Drag & drop images" box or tap "browse files" to upload up to 5 existing photos, or capture new ones using your camera.

• Use the "Add a note" field to write a single description that applies to the entire set of photos.

Fill out the setup information to easily identify this sticker later:

• Suggest a name for this item: Give your sticker a custom label for easy identification (e.g., "Kitchen Blender Manual" or "Attic Winter Clothes").

• Your name & Your email: Enter your contact details. This connects the sticker to your management portal, allowing you to edit or reset it in the future.

Choose who can see your content using the Public / Private toggle:

• Public View: The information inside the QR code is accessible to anyone who scans the sticker.

• Private View: A passcode is generated for this sticker. Only users who have the password will be able to see the information inside the QR code, ensuring your sensitive links or personal photos remain secure.

• Check the blue box at the bottom to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

• Tap the big pink "Save & Activate QR" button.

You're Done! Your physical sticker is now permanently linked to your digital content. Every time someone scans it from now on, it will bypass this setup screen and take them directly to the programmed link or photo gallery
